The name is the operating principle: hiring is a speed game, so our intake answers in seconds, a human follows the same business day, and candidates never sit in a pile waiting for Friday.
We are built differently from the staffing offices you have dealt with. The sourcing, matching, and scheduling that eat a traditional recruiter’s week run on automated systems we built ourselves, continuously, overnight, from public licensing records, referral networks, and live market data. The judgment stays human: every candidate you see has been phone-screened by a person against a scorecard, credential-verified, and background-checked to your policy. Machines do the mileage; people make the calls.
We publish our prices, we share our local pay-band data free at intake whether or not you hire us, and we tell you at the start when a search is going to be hard or a pay band will not clear the market. Who runs it
10 Second Agency is founded and run by Dalton Carroll, an operations and automation builder based on Florida’s Gulf Coast who also owns and operates a commercial cleaning company serving the Sarasota area. The agency applies the same operating philosophy that built that business: publish real prices, let software do the repetitive work, keep a human on every judgment call, and never put a claim on a page that is not true. The sourcing systems, the market data pipeline, and this site were all built in-house, which is also why the response times are what they are.
