Who we are

10 Second Agency (“we,” “us”) is a skilled trades recruiting firm based in Tampa, Florida. This policy covers information collected through 10secondagency.com. It does not cover the candidate and client information we handle in the course of recruiting engagements, which is governed by the written agreements for those engagements.

What we collect

Information you send us voluntarily: when you email us or use a contact link, we receive what you include, typically your name, company, role details, and contact information. Information collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and, when analytics are enabled, Google Analytics 4 usage data set through cookies. The cost-of-vacancy calculator runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are not transmitted to us.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, to run and improve the recruiting services you ask about, to understand how the site is used, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example email and analytics providers) or where the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics, when active, sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Google’s practices are described in Google’s own privacy documentation.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal requirements, then delete them. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information in our systems, and we minimize what we collect in the first place.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing dalton@openventuregroup.com. We honor these requests unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
