10secondagency.com is an informational site describing the recruiting services of 10 Second Agency. Using the site means you accept these terms. Nothing on the site creates a recruiting engagement: actual services are provided only under a separately signed written agreement (a fee agreement, retainer agreement, or similar), and if these terms ever conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Pricing and content on this site

Published prices, market commentary, and pay observations reflect our standard offering and our read of the market as of the dates indicated, and may change. They are information, not an offer that binds us until written into a signed agreement, and not legal, financial, or employment-law advice. The cost-of-vacancy calculator produces estimates from the numbers you enter; verify any decision against your own figures.

Guarantees

References to the 90-day replacement guarantee describe our standard terms; the governing version for any placement is the one in that engagement’s signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, wordmark, and design belong to 10 Second Agency. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link; republishing whole pages is not permitted without written consent.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at disruptive volume, probe or attack it, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that it is error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, 10 Second Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and any liability connected to the site itself is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability connected to recruiting services is addressed in the signed agreements that govern them.
