Free, and confidential

We know what shops pay

Straight answers about the shop
Before you interview, we tell you what we know: the pay plan, the truck, the schedule, and the type of calls. Career growth ranked as the top reason techs stay in a 2026 survey of 823 technicians, so we ask what you actually want, not just your rate.
Send us your info.
Takes about three minutes. No resume required. A real person reviews every one.
10 Second Agency considers all qualified technicians without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law. Hiring decisions are always made by people, never by software.

You approve every shop
When a company fits, we tell you about it first. Your name goes to that shop only if you say yes.

Does it cost anything to work with 10 Second Agency?
No. We are free for technicians. The companies that hire through us pay our fee, so you never pay to be placed.
Will my current employer find out I am looking?
Not from us. We keep every search confidential and we never send your name, resume, or details to an employer without asking you first and getting your OK for that specific company.
Do I need a resume?
No. Plenty of great techs do not have one. The form asks for what matters: your trade, the role you want, your experience, your certifications, and what you are looking for. A resume helps but is optional.
